How do I buy a gun online?
When you find a firearm or a firearm accessory that you are interested in purchasing, the first step is to make sure that it is legal for you to own. Gun laws vary from state to state. Once your payment has been received, your order will be submitted to one of our distributors for fulfillment. Firearms need to be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your state of residence. If you need help finding one, you can use the FFL Locator during checkout. Dealers usually charge a small fee to process the transfer. We recommend that you contact the FFL to find out their pricing & procedures prior to selecting them. Items typically ship 3-5 business days after payment & FFL info have been received. When your package arrives, you will meet with your local FFL to complete the paperwork that is required where you live.
How much is shipping?
Shipping on handguns is $15. Shipping on Rifles/Shotguns is $35. Shipping on other items is $10. All firearms and items will be shipped via USPS priority mail, UPS or FedEx with adult signature required. Contact us for a shipping quote if you want insurance on your shipped firearm or accessory item.
I live in Arizona and want to purchase a firearm from you. Will I need to pay a transfer fee & shipping if I pick it up?
We do have to charge 7.8% AZ sales tax on local sales, but you will not have to pay a transfer fee or shipping. We are located in Chandler, AZ and usually book appointments a few days in advance.
Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a brick & mortar retail location. Local pickups, sales, transfers are by appointment only. The best way to reach us is by e-mail - firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship to California?
We are registered with the CFLC to ship CA compliant items to California. Please be sure that the item is legal for you to own prior to making your purchase.
I have a C&R license. Will you ship to me?
We do occasionally have used items listed that are C&R eligible. The item's description will mention whether or not we can ship to a C&R holder. A copy of your C&R and a government issued picture ID with matching addresses will be required for shipment.
If I buy something on another website or from an out-of-state dealer, can I have it sent to you?
Of course. Our transfer fee is $15.00. We also offer a discounted price of $10.00 for LEO/Military customers. Please make sure that the item is legal for you to own prior to making the purchase. If you have any questions about the legality of the item, we are happy to assist. At this time, we are only accepting shipments from other FFL's. We will need the seller's contact information and your order or auction number so that we can make arrangements with them for shipment. Visit our Transfer Page for more information.
Do you buy used guns or trade?
Yes. If you have a firearm that you are interested in selling or trading, please start by e-mailing us a few pictures of it. We ask that you include as much information as possible so that we can get you the best price for it. Make, model, condition, what's included, etc. If you have the original box and/or paperwork, that is helpful information as well. We do not buy ammo, aftermarket accessories, or modified firearms. We also offer consignment services.
I am interested in purchasing something that I cannot find on your website. Can you special order it?
We do work with a few distributors and manufacturers that don't sync with our website. It is possible that one of them may have what you are looking for. We will need the UPC of the item to research it’s pricing and availability for you.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards through a secure payment gateway. We do not charge any additional fees for credit card payments. We also accept USPS Money Orders. (Items wont ship until 5-7 business days after money order clears bank.) We do offer a 90 day layaway plan. Locally, we also accept cash.
Do you price match?
If you are seeing something on a competitor's site at a lower price, please send us a link to the product. We will try our best to match the price. If we cannot, we do accept transfers from other retailers. Most of the larger online retailers already have our FFL on file.
The price on something I bought has changed. What happened?
Our pricing fluctuates several times per day. It is based on which distributors have the selected item(s) available. Our margins remain the same as our goal is to always provide you with the best price available - real time. Because of this, we are not able to offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
